Return and Refund Policy

Returns - Your satisfaction is important to us. 

Due to the nature of these products we cannot accept any returns once opened. If your STD Testing product arrives damaged please advise us within 7 days and provide details of the damage. We will arrange a re-shipment of your STD test kits.

We can not refund goods that have been lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at time of ordering or unclaimed orders following attempted delivery. However if you have entered the wrong address this may be resolved before products are shipped.

However if your order is delayed in delivery (due to logistics delays) and you no longer require the product you can contact us and arrange to send back the product unopened. We will refund you 100% of unopened products once received.
